I was pleasantly surprised to see that they have the calories, macros, and sugar for their juices and protein shakes posted on their webpage to help you make the best decision to fit your diet lifestyle. They also have snacks like high protein brownies, energy balls, and DONUTS ! I tried the Koach brownie… … for 20+ grams of protein and only 250 total calories YES PLEASE!! If you’re on a weight loss journey, strength training or muscle building, or just want good tasting food that doesn’t make you fat, visit this place. Frequently. With fitness comes cravings for a sweet tooth and this is WAY better than getting it at the cinna-bun place down the road - yeah you’ve seen it. The atmosphere is clean, upbeat, helpful.
